Common questions about WanwuApp and how to get started.

How do I get started?
Choose your language on the home page, pick who you want to chat with (e.g. Pet, Car, Plant), upload a photo, then tap Start Chat. If you haven’t purchased yet, you’ll see pricing—buy a plan, get your license key by email, and enter it to unlock conversations.
Where do I get my license key?
After you buy a plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium), Lemon Squeezy will email you a license key. On the app, use “Already purchased? Enter your license key” and paste the key, then tap Unlock.
What if I run out of conversations?
Each plan includes a set number of conversations (e.g. 100 for Basic, 250 for Standard, 600 for Premium). When you run out, you can buy another plan or upgrade. Your new license key will be sent by email.
What photo format should I use?
Common formats like JPG and PNG work. Use a clear, well-lit photo where the subject (pet, object, etc.) is visible. You can crop the image in the app before starting the chat for best results.
Do you store my photos or chats?
We use your photo and messages only to generate the AI personality and replies. We do not keep your images or chat history on our servers after processing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
What languages are supported?
You can chat in English, 繁體中文, 日本語, Español, or 한국어. Choose your language on the home page before starting; the AI will respond in that language.
How do I share my chat?
In the chat screen, use the share button to turn your conversation into an image. You can then save it or share it on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other apps.
