2.2 Processed in Real Time (Not Stored)

  • Images and messages: Sent to third-party AI (Claude API) to generate responses. Not retained on our servers after the response is sent.
  • Payment: Handled by LemonSqueezy; we do not store payment details.

3. How Information Is Used

We use information only as follows (we do not store it on our servers):

  • To generate AI personalities and responses in real time (via third-party AI)
  • To process payments through LemonSqueezy (we do not store payment details)
  • To respond to support or refund requests when you contact us

4. Where Your Data Lives

We do not store your personal data on our servers.

4.1 In Your Browser Only

Your images, conversation history, preferences, and payment/access status are stored only in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device; we do not have access to it or copies of it.

4.2 Processing (Not Stored)

When you send a message or image, it is sent to our systems and to third-party AI (Claude API) to generate a response. We do not retain that data on our servers after the response is sent.

4.3 Usage Records (Credits Only) — How Long We Keep Them

To enforce your conversation credits, we keep minimal server-side records only: (1) whether a license key has been used (to prevent reuse), and (2) how many credits remain for a given order. These records do not include your images, messages, or preferences. They expire automatically after 90 days and are not used for any other purpose. You do not need to request deletion; they are removed by the system when they expire.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic Claude API: For AI-powered conversation generation. Your images and messages are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • LemonSqueezy: For payment processing. Payment information is handled by LemonSqueezy and subject to their privacy policy. Please review LemonSqueezy's Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

6. Data Security

We do not store your personal data on our servers. Data in your browser (localStorage) is under your control. When you send a request (e.g. image or message), it is transmitted to our systems and to third-party AI for processing only; we do not retain it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we use reasonable measures for in-transit and processing security.

7. Your Rights

We do not store your personal data (images, chat history, or preferences) on our servers. Your data lives only in your browser's localStorage. Therefore:

  • Delete your data: Clear your browser's localStorage for this site at any time (e.g. via browser settings or DevTools). This removes all locally saved data.
  • Stop using the Service: Simply stop using the Service; no account to close.
