  • Images: Photos you upload to generate AI personalities and conversations
  • Conversation Data: Messages and conversations you have with AI-generated personalities
  • Language Preferences: Your selected language for the interface

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service, including generating AI personalities and conversations
  • To process your images and create personalized AI interactions
  • To process payments (through third-party payment processors)

We do not use your information for any other purposes. All data you provide (including images and conversation data) is used solely for providing the Service and will not be used for training AI models, advertising, marketing, or any other purposes.

4. Data Storage

4.1 Local Storage

All of your data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage, completely on your device, including:

  • Uploaded images (as base64 encoded data)
  • Generated personality data (persona_core)
  • Conversation history
  • User preferences and settings (language, theme, etc.)
  • Payment and access status (to remember your paid status and remaining conversations)

All this data remains on your device and is not automatically transmitted to our servers unless necessary for Service functionality (for example, when sending to third-party AI services for processing). We do not use this data for any other purposes.

4.2 Server Storage

Our Service uses Vercel Serverless Functions (stateless functions) to process requests. When you use the Service, images and conversation data are temporarily sent to third-party AI services (Claude API) for processing to generate responses. We do not store or retain any data on our servers or in any database. All processing happens through stateless serverless functions and third-party services. We have no access to or control over how third-party services (such as Claude API) use or store your data, including whether they use it for training AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic Claude API: For AI-powered conversation generation. Your images and messages are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. We have no control over how Anthropic uses or stores your data, including whether they use it for training AI models. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • LemonSqueezy: For payment processing. Payment information is handled by LemonSqueezy and subject to their privacy policy. LemonSqueezy collects and stores payment-related user data (such as email addresses), but we do not have access to or control over this data. Please review LemonSqueezy's Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data storage, or data usage of these third-party services. This includes whether third-party services use your data for training AI models, advertising, or any other purposes. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.

6. Data Security

Local Storage Security: Since most of your data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage, the security of your data depends on your device and browser security settings. We recommend keeping your device and browser updated.

No Server-Side Storage: We do not permanently store your personal data, images, or conversation history on our servers. Since we have no server-side data storage, we cannot implement server-side security measures. Data is only temporarily processed through stateless serverless functions and third-party AI services (Claude API) to generate responses and is not retained by us.

Transmission Security: When data is transmitted to third-party AI services for processing, it is sent over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, you have full control over your data:

  • Access Your Data: All your data (images, conversations, preferences) is stored in your browser's localStorage. You can access it directly through your browser's developer tools.
  • Delete Your Data: You can delete all your data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage. This will remove all stored images, conversations, and preferences. You can do this through your browser settings or by contacting us if you need assistance.
  • Opt-out: You can stop using the Service at any time. Simply stop accessing the website.
  • Data Portability: Since your data is stored locally in your browser, you can export it yourself using browser developer tools. We do not have access to your data to provide copies.

Important: We do not have access to or store your personal data, images, or conversations on our servers. Therefore, we cannot provide data access, deletion, or portability services from our end. All data management is handled locally on your device.

For data collected by third-party services (such as LemonSqueezy), you will need to contact those third-party services directly to exercise your rights.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use browser localStorage to store your preferences and session data. This is not the same as cookies, but serves a similar purpose of maintaining your session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that track you across websites.

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
