WanwuApp is a digital service that provides AI-powered entertainment through immediate access to conversation features. As a digital product, once you have accessed and used the Service, we generally do not offer refunds.
No Refund After Use: Due to the nature of digital services, once you have used the Service (including generating AI personalities, having conversations, or accessing any paid features), refunds are not available. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us, your service access may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
